England to Ireland!

Excited to launch in Ireland! After teaching relaxation and stress management in the UK to pregnant clients and new mums to name a few, we are now fully launching pregnancy, birth and baby classes and retreats in Ireland and will continue Hypnobirthing with Natal Hypnotherapy at the NHS Birth Centre in Newcastle Upon Tyne quarterly.
