Classes & Workshops

No matter what stage you are in your pregnancy & parenthood, our classes and workshops will compliment the journey you and your family are embarking on.  We offer a full range of classes from Trying to Concieve to Antenatal Classes, and full Hypnobirthing birth prepartion classes to Postnatal classes. These classes are suitable for individuals and couples. We also have baby classes and Mama !

​These are held throughout the year in a variety of locations across Ireland (including the Holistic Centre of Ireland in Rathmines, and Trinity College Dublin) as well as the RVI NHS Birthing Centre  in Newcastle upon Tyne in the North East of England. 

How to book

To reserve a space on any of my classes or workshops, simply contact me to select a suitable date and location.  Once you have confirmed and paid you will receive a email detailing your booking.  I will then be in touch to confirm your place, as well as provide further details on your class or workshop.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Why not treat your friend or loved one to one of our classes or workshops. Gift Certificates are available in multiples of €10 and are valid for 12 months. Contact me for more details.

Private Coaching

In addition to the group workshops,  I also offer private sessions for couples and individuals. If you are interested in this service please get in touch.
